Lane Cove
Lane Cove
Great parks, harbour views and pleasant streets

Lane Cove, Sydney (north shore)

Lane Cove is not a “cool” suburb, but if you have a family or if you like plenty of greenery, parks and serenity then Lane Cove is a great place to live. It’s safe, clean and has a very pleasant, low-key village shopping centre with plenty of cafes and deli's. This is a convenient suburb that's only a 15 – 20 minute drive from the city. Public transport (buses) here is very good.
For all these reasons Lane Cove has been attracting more higher income earning people. Homes tend to be on the larger side but there are also apartments and townhouses.

Parking is fine. The vibe: casual lunch with the kids and nanna. Shoe equivalent: Colorado. Would suit: ages 25+, professionals, couples, families. Location: parks. Postcode: 2066. Distance: 9km from the city centre. Direction: North.
