Try the Riverside golf course for a relaxing ale.
Try the Anglers Tavern (especially on a Fri night or Sunday afternoon)- atmosphere adjacent to the river is cool.
Have a morning ice coffee at Poynton's nursery cafe.
Or, relax at the Boathouse on the Essendon side of the Maribyrnong river and have a latte.
