Rose Bay is another exclusive suburb in Sydney’s fashionable east. Ok - I have waited years to go to Phamish. I dont do lines - and there's always a line. Now I know - it's for good reason. The duck pancakes are to die for, the seafood dishes are delicious, and the duck blossom salad is unbelievable. Not to mention that it's BYO, and corkage is .. wait for it ... $1. It wont break the bank - it's a must do dinner venue.

I am going again tonight - only warning - go early and be prepared to wait in line. You can always open your wine and sit on a stool outside and sip on your vino until they're ready. It's worth it..

Hi Sassy. A couple of questions. Were they open yesterday, coz I think they close on Chinese New Year. I went to Cabrammatta last nite expecting to see the festivities and most shops were closed.

And when you said duck pancakes, do you mean peking duck. I need to find a good place for peking duck.
