I went to Cafe Sydney last night. It turned out to have not only great food, but was also a good spot to be for the Earth Hour event.
Yes, the food is very very good. It's not cheap but when you have amazing views, and good service, you don't mind paying a bit more.

Oh yeah, this is an exceptional place to bring overseas or interstate visitors.
