I've just moved to Randwick and I love it, especially the area around The Spot. The Ritz cinema screens big name movies for $10 all the time.

Randwick is a very down to earth place. What I like about it is it's not cool or trendy but it has so many good cafes etc. All the trendy heads are at Bronte or Bondi (thank goodness), which means Randwick is full of normal people.

There are plenty of buses to so many different parts of Sydney in Randwick. The only drawback, though, is that by the time the buses get to Randwick they can be pretty full during peak hours, which means standing room only.

Go Randwick!!!

Depending on where you live in Randwick, you could even walk to Coogee Beach.
