Not sure to be honest. Coz I couldn't see anything. Too many people and everyone brought their own chairs along to stand on. Some people were selling them for $10.

Next year, will bring stilts

Good party atmospehere - lots people dressed in some very wacky clothing.

I like the stilts idea.

I steer clear of it cos I can't stand huge crowds. I have been before and enjoyed it but am not into it these days.

Just wanted to say that I find the what's on section really useful. I especially like the stuff you have about runs, and exercise. Thanks.

Jason.

You may already know about this, but in case you dun, if you like running, you should go for the Sydney City to Surf. It starts somewhere in the city centre and you finish at Bondi Beach. Its prolly the popular fun run event in the country.

I have only done a few Perth ones and they were OK.

And I find that most runners also enjoy hiking. You should try out rogainning if you are a bit competitive. There will be some clubs that organise this. Its same as orienteering and it can be a bit of a social event, chatting away with your teammates when you are supposed to keep your eye on your map, compass, bearing and where you are going, to get control (check) points.
