Randwick is a sprawling suburb with landmarks like Randwick Racecourse, Centennial Park, the University of New South Wales and a number of hospitals. There’s plenty of accommodation in the area, both short and long term. In parts it’s wall to wall apartment blocks, but elsewhere – towards North Randwick – there are pleasant leafy streets with Federation homes. Property prices here can be high.
