Bingo! Paddington is one of Brisbane's best suburbs. It's a more upmarket version of West End, and is the Balmain of Sydney. It has nightclubs, cafes, bars, restaurants, antiques shops, independent stores, fab views and is a magnet for the more arty, left leaning books and cafe set. Paddington is close to the city centre. It's hilly, has plenty of renovated workers cottages and Queenslander houses, trees, and an interesting history. (More info below and to your left <<<)
