Mt Eliza
Mt Eliza
Mansions, money and a pleasant village feel.

Mt Eliza, Melbourne (south east)

Wealthy, semi rural, and posh private schools. This place is quite beautiful and is definitely family and executive territory. There are well kept homes and gardens everywhere, and a very pleasant local shopping centre. The beaches are small and clean, and there are enough little parks or hilly streets to ensure you are never too far away from fresh air and exercise. (More information below and to your left <<<)

Lloyds

Quite a few streets don’t have footpaths, yet this has not stopped locals from partaking in what is a Sunday ritual – going for a long walk along the roads.

To live here, you really do have to have a bit of money stashed in your bank account or in stocks. It’s the sort of place you’d aspire to live in, if you reside in this part of Melbourne.

Parking is easy. Vibe – pate and caviar in the backyard. Shoe equivalent: Lloyds and loafers. Would suit families and older professionals or executives willing to commute the 75mins drive to the city centre. Location: beach. Distance from city centre: 50km. Direction: south east.
